About this tool

Many government, bank and exam forms ask for a signature image of 20 KB or less. That is a very small file, so the picture must be small in pixels and lightly compressed.

This tool searches for the best quality that fits. If the quality alone cannot reach 20 KB, it shrinks the picture step by step. For signatures, photograph the signature in good light on white paper, and crop close to the writing first; that makes the result much clearer.

Very small targets are a trade-off with sharpness. If the result looks too soft, check the form for the exact pixel size it wants and use the image resizer first. Your image is not uploaded.

Questions

How can I get a clear signature at 20 KB?

Write with a dark pen on plain white paper, take the photo in daylight, crop tightly, then compress.

Can I compress several images at once?

Yes. Add them all and download them together as a ZIP.

What if the tool says it cannot reach the target?

The picture would become unreadable. Crop it first so it is smaller, or use a bigger target.

Is it free?

Yes, with no sign-up and no watermark.
