About this tool

Contracts, forms and letters often need a signature, and printing, signing and scanning is slow. This tool puts an image of your handwritten signature on the page so you can send the file straight away.

The signature is a picture of your handwriting placed on the page. It is not a certified digital signature with a certificate, so use it where a simple signed copy is accepted, and ask the other side if they need a legally certified e-signature service.

The PDF and your signature are handled in your browser and never uploaded, so confidential documents stay private. Check the preview carefully before sending. Pages that are rotated must be turned upright first with the Rotate PDF tool.
